Requirements
- Masters or Ph.D degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience
- Extensive experience in robotic manipulator kinematics, dynamics, control, and motion planning
- Proven competence in creating and deploying pick-and-place algorithms
- Working knowledge of robot arm controllers and sensors integration
- Solid knowledge of grip mechanisms, computer vision, AI, and trajectory planning
- Familiarity with object detection frameworks
- Understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms and simulation platforms
- Experience with motion planning algorithms and libraries
- Experience using pre-integrated commercial solutions
- Proficiency in programming industrial robots
- Familiarity with ROS 1/2, Linux OS, and similar tools
- Ability to program microcontrollers and design basic electrical circuitry
- Patents, publications, certifications, or awards in robotics are advantageous
