Job Description:Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
  • Perform Telesales and outdoor sales activities.
  • Support bank cross-sell or up-sell initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their challenges and feedback.
Business Performance and Management
  • To achieve and exceed the monthly individual sales targets set forth by the business.
  • To ensure that tagging of the loan account is done promptly.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to address them.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities to enhance client value.
People Management
  • Working cohesively with our internal colleagues to support and leverage on each other for greater collaboration to achieve higher level of effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Helping newcomers with on-the-job training and attachment.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Keeping abreast of Regulator's guidelines and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the lending industry.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Minimally GCE O Levels, and above
Relevant Work Experience
  • Prior experience in promoting Unsecured Loans in a financial institution is an advantage
