- Project Management: Track project status, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintain project timelines.
- Training & Support: Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials, FAQs, and SOPs.
- Intranet/ Intranet Management: Update intranet and intranet content with training guides and process flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison, manage feedback, and maintain approval hierarchies.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support testing activities, document results, and manage issue resolution.
- Data Migration: Ensure data accuracy, maintain records, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Assisting with the tender administration process to post sourcing opportunities, facilitating communication with suppliers and compilation of submission etc.
- Prepare contractual documents and maintain audit-ready records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation to support both internal and external audits.
- Performs any ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years' working experience or a diploma/degree in relevant discipline, preferably 1-2 years working experience within the Procurement function
- Preferably with Hands-on experience with e-procurement systems and SAP S/4 Hana MM module.
