RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop new Sales & Business strategies.
  • Keep track and follow-up on quotation and business opportunities.
  • Identify, understand, and propose tailored BMS and energy solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and grow market share through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Support in developing comprehensive BMS estimations, including tender submissions and marketing materials.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating effectively.
  • Conduct client site visits, inspections, and handle related matters.
  • Update the sales opportunities and status to the management.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in the BMS Sales
  • Experience in solution sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
