  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a with a proven track record.
  • Possess a Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Experience from the education/training industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and determined to drive success.
  • Strong communication abilities.
The Job
  • Achieve and exceed enrollment targets as a key performance indicator.
  • Monitor and improve sales conversion rates by developing action plans when needed.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to enhance enrollment strategies and address sales and customer concerns.
  • Attend sales training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead weekly Preview Sessions, Open House events, and occasional weekend off-site activities.
  • Review and develop marketing materials while supporting social media campaigns to drive referrals and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance advertising strategies, including A&P plans and copywriting improvements.
  • Contribute to product development by providing feedback on curriculum updates and program structure.
  • Work with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, digitize processes, and enhance customer interactions.
  • Develop business growth strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Ensure compliance with CPE and PDPA regulatory standards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine offerings and stay competitive.
  • Encourage and manage positive Google reviews as part of KPI objectives.
