government agencies’ regulations * Declare all different types of shipping permits.
  • Applying Ordinary and Preferential Certification of Origin.
  • Coordinate with the respective departments on supporting documents required. Ensuring all documents are in accordance and timeline to provide approved customs entry declarations with help of pre-customs entry, checklist, Asia Customs SOP, and pre-alert database.
  • Attend to customs enquiries and secure the permit approval.
  • To monitor and ensure all Cargo Manifest Declarations reports are submitted timely to Singapore Customs for both Import and Export permits transactions.
  • Creating file and preparing billing invoice. To ensure data accurate and timely billing to customers.
  • Generating essential customers’ or others reports as required.
  • Updating Asia Customs SOP with customers’ requirements and expectations.
  • Adhering compliance to Expeditors policy and expectations.
  • Maintain Branch procedure on customs entry declarations.
  • Key Performance Indicators are met within customers’ requirements and fulfillment Singapore Customs / Competent Authorities rules and regulations.
  • Performing internal audit for customs filling.
