- Develop and conduct safety training on protocols, emergency response, and regulations.
- Organize WSH training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills to enhance awareness.
- Create training materials for new hires and refresher courses for ongoing compliance.
- Foster a strong safety culture, encouraging personal responsibility for WSH.
- Analyze safety data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Integrate WSH into daily operations by collaborating across departments.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for fire safety, evacuation, and first aid.
- Conduct regular drills and assess readiness with emergency response teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
- Additional certifications (e.g., Fire Safety Manager, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in workplace safety and health, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
