We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development Associate Director for our Strategy and Partnership Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts in the SEA market, executing sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key clients and partners, particularly within the insurance industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends, client needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Commercial in optimizing sales processes, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in SaaS or insurance technology.
  • Experience selling to insurance companies, particularly in P&C, within the SEA region is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEA insurance market, industry trends, and regulatory landscape, with an existing network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
