Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall design of data center solutions, including the planning and configuration of power distribution systems, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and water supply & drainage systems.
  • Develop technical solutions based on client requirements and site conditions, conducting feasibility analyses and providing professional consulting services to address challenges in data center infrastructure planning.
  • Manage the implementation of technical solutions, coordinating with relevant government agencies, general contractors, and equipment suppliers. Oversee key project milestones, including equipment installation, system integration testing, and final acceptance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Maintain strong communication with IDC vendors, telecom operators, cloud service providers, and enterprise clients. Accurately assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Participate in technical clarification meetings and resolve client inquiries.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and presentation materials for project bids and client reporting. Work closely with design institutes, general contractors, and external experts to develop joint solutions and bid strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD drawing software and related tools such as DCOM.
  • In-depth knowledge of data center system architecture design, particularly in IDC electrical, HVAC, and weak current system design methodologies.
  • Over five years of experience in designing large-scale data centers. Strong understanding of the data center electrical and HVAC supply chain, as well as current industry solutions and emerging technologies like liquid cooling and rack-level solutions.
  • Led the design of at least five data center projects, each with a minimum capacity of 3MW, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs and technical solutions.
  • Strong technical leadership and project management capabilities. Detail-oriented with a rigorous work ethic, excellent teamwork, and strong communication and coordination skills.
