Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and cultivating account management relations to support KASM's mission
- Assist in collecting and conducting data-analytical research to provide valuable insights to informed decision-making processes within the organisation
- Supporting of hospitality and partnership operational matters on-site during event days (including weekends)
- Assist in site recce with external parties
- Assist with internal and external stakeholder management to ensure smooth event execution and partnership initiatives
- Preparing agreements, presentations and post event reports
- Drafting invitations and administrative programmes to guests for engagement events
- Managing and issuance of invitation tickets/passes for engagement events to guests
- Managing master database of stakeholders/partners and ensure all details are updated
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships through research and outreach
- Assist in any other matters such as corporate or administrative projects as required
- Managing the suite management system (Venuepro)
Requirements
- Events, hospitality and business management academic knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team-settin
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written / spoken) skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Able to commit minimum 3 months
