- Proven administrative experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills, preferably able to speak Mandarin
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Chatgpt
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Accounting Software XERO and Microsoft Excel
- Good Positive working attitude and temperament. Able to work under pressure and stay positive. Good team player and takes pride in their work. Patient with others that are not necessarily good with understanding Accounts and Finance. Meticulous and always looking for more different ways to solve a problem. A self starter that does not require constant micro management
