You will build and lead a high-performing, engaged team that feels supported, empowered, and motivated to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Early Engagement: Lead the validation team to engage well ahead of silicon arrival, overseeing pre-silicon Design Edits/DFMEA/NUDD preparation within PE.Collaborative Validation: Participate in design and component validation activities to plan ahead of silicon arrival and collaboratively debug once silicon is available.Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of all silicon findings in accordance with issue closure timelines for assigned designs.Partnership Development: Foster deep partnerships with Design, Verification, Product Architecture, System Compatibility, and Silicon Strategy teams to deliver products effectively and efficiently.Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in design readiness to ensure rapid implementation of lessons learned.Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the Product Leadership Team to ensure design readiness is fully integrated into the overall product leadership strategy and aligned with product objectives and timelines.Roadmap Alignment: Understand product support roadmaps and strategies to ensure your team can support assigned designs.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to meet timelines and deliverables, and establish goals as part of the larger leadership team.Team Building: Drive assertive hiring and team building to ensure readiness ahead of need.Performance Optimization: Optimize group performance through critical success metrics and objectives.Leadership and Development: Provide coaching and career development, identify team strengths and weaknesses, create specific development plans, conduct performance appraisals, provide recognition, and drive accountability across the team.Global Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional global collaboration within and outside the HBM PE footprint.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.Familiarity with the HBM and DRAM preferred.10+ years of relevant technical experience.Passionate about people leadership, with a drive toward ongoing learning and development in this area.Viewed by current team as a strong mentor and teammate.A record of performance excellence for current/previous areas of responsibility.Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple sites a plus.Experience delegating tasks and setting priorities in a team environment a plus.Proven strong circuit analysis and debugging skills. Technical leadership experience preferred.Possess working knowledge of the way product yields impact revenue preferred.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
