
Assistant HR Manager (Construction/Central West) – $6,000 (ID: 670430)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR records, contracts, policies, payroll coordination, and attendance. Provide HR support to business units.
- Oversee recruitment, assess manpower needs, onboard new hires, and manage employee welfare (medical, insurance, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and succession strategies with senior management.
- Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and retention.
- Address grievances neutrally, resolve conflicts, and enhance communication between employees and management.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and maintain records for audits and inspections.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and compliance.
- Experience in handling on-site workforce and blue-collar employees is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems is an advantage.
