About The Team

What will you be working on

The Service Centre (SC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of two key teams: Service Centre and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at SCD is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.

In this role, you will:

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth analyses of customer demand patterns and behaviour to drive business decisions
  • Analyse service centre workforce patterns, identifying opportunities to enhance operational resilience
  • Transform audio-visual data into actionable insights for service improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to introduce initiatives that would support the transformation of service delivery at service centres

What Are We Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven to achieve success and have the passion to serve the CPF members to join us in this exciting career!

Applicants should also:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
