Job Description:
1. This position is responsible for setting up and landing Alibaba Cloud's country/regional-level business strategy, building and streamlining the sale-operation business system, and working with regional sales teams to drive Alibaba Cloud's overseas revenue growth.
2. Based on the overall development strategy and regional business unique scenarios, set up relevant regional sales development strategies and operation plans. Be responsible for the achievement of various business development and operation management indicators.
3. Key Customer Management, manage customer status from customer consumption trends, customer business development plans, Alibaba Cloud product competencies, and manage the customer pipeline through cooperation with the sales and technical architect team.
4. Be responsible for country/regional operation business, monitor the progress for country/regional business based on long-term and short-term plans, and provide feasible execution plans through in-depth analysis of data.
5. Regular insight into market dynamics and competitive trends, identify new channel business opportunities based on market trends, characteristics, and development trends, and provide optimization suggestions.
6. Conduct cross-departmental communication, collaborate with sales, marketing, products, finance, etc. to drive business.
7. Connect with the backend teams, provide feedback on regional progress, promote and implement channel policies, provide operational support, and provide feedback from customers and sales teams to backend teams.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in economics or business administration preferred.
2. More than 8 years of experience in sales operations, with overseas working experience preferred.
3. Excellent data analysis skills, acting as a consultant to provide suggestions and solutions based on real business needs.
4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and negotiation skills, capable of significantly influencing key stakeholders' decisions.
5. Rich knowledge in pipeline management, Key customer management and industry understanding.
6. Experience in building a sales operations management system; experience in the cloud industry is preferred.
7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires collaboration with teams in China.
8. Position is open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
