Job Description Summary The Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) accelerates the development of early career EPC and project management personnel through intensive training in the areas of technical and leadership skills. This PMLP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in Grid Solutions.Job DescriptionGraduates leave the program with leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives.The program, which commences in April, is a two-year program spanning three eight-month rotational assignments.Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline (commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical). Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university3 - 8 years in Power/Energy IndustriesProven leadership skills and prior experience leading projects or teamsEligibility RequirementsAbility to complete multi-business, multi-location rotations, and travel both domestically and / or internationally for up to 8 months per rotationAbility to do field site rotationAbility to make 2-year commitment to sponsoring business upon graduationAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
