- Knowledge of the Japanese media landscape and proficiency in leveraging various channels (traditional and digital) for brand promotion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights to drive brand growth and market penetration.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both locally and globally.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Japanese market, preferably in the B2C digital products.
- Fluency in Japanese language (advantage, but not necessary) with a strong understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette, Fluency in English.
