- Proactively socialize with stakeholders and maintain good relationship to steer tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with around 10 years of experience to provide IT service to Financial Institute.
- Min. 5 years of experience of AML related IT system.
- Proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred as this role needs to prepare reports in Japanese for reporting to Head Office in Japan. This role also needs to present and communicate with senior stakeholders who mainly communicate in Japanese.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Technical background with a good understanding of SDLC cycle a nice to have.
- Proven experience in solution, architecture and design for AML system
- In-depth knowledge on business analysis and system analysis.
- Prior working experience as an IT professional or Business/System Analyst in banking or financial institution is an advantage.
- Regional exposure in IT system development project with both Japan and other country markets
