- Administrative support to Sr. Plant Director and direct reports (Engineering, QA, HSE, Production etc.).
- Attend various management staff meetings, record and track action items and publishing minutes
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the site management and internal departments and employees; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with management staff.

- Procurement of non-inventory items (SAP)
- Actively partners with the site Front Desk Coordinator to execute on the day-to-day plant activities
- Back up to the Front Desk Coordinator
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience supporting senior management
- Minimum 3 years 3 years of administrative experience working with Director and above management in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advance use of OUTLOOK, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Self-starter with the ability to work with autonomy and in a team environment.
- Proficient and professional level of verbal and written communications skills.
- Concur and SAP Knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
