- Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies;
- Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines;
- Use networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team;
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with the TikTok environment;
- Support key initiatives and projects with the Trust & Safety team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of end to end recruiting experience;
- Business level proficiency in English;
- Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders. Ability to take initiative to get things done in tandem with developing strategies and hands-on execution;
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives.Preferred Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition experience in the Internet & technology industry will be an added advantage;
- Experience hiring across APAC markets; proven ability to learn new markets and business functional needs quickly and effectively.
