We are looking for a Head, DevSec Ops AI Platform to lead a team and develop our AI platform and automate DevSecOps pipelines.What you will be working on:Design, develop, and maintain DevSecOps services and solutions based on clear design principles, trade-offs, and priorities. Work closely with the MLOps team to ensure that model lifecycle processes, such as model deployment, monitoring, and retraining, adhere to established security protocols and compliance standards. Enable developers by understand their requirements and provide support in achieving scalable, secure, and optimized implementation of their systems through DevSecOps services and functions. Define the roadmap and develop features for the DevSecOps platform to support for use cases required by projects using platform. Design and implement a standardized developer tool and workflow system that enhances productivity, ensures consistency, and applies good practices. Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end application or system lifecycle, including code versioning, security scanning, application testing, compliance checks, deployment blueprints, and automated monitoring. Evaluate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities while keeping pace with evolving AI and DevSecOps needs. Drive a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging experimentation and iterative enhancement of the platform Mentor, train, and retain a high-performing DevSecOps team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.What we are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience. Proven track record of building and operating production-level DevSecOps platforms, and in leading and managing teams. Strong experience in design and implementation of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience in software development or software engineering to build a platform that is “for developers by developers”. Knowledge of vulnerability management, threat modeling, security frameworks, and incident response is preferred. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate security trade-offs and influence a wide range of stakeholders. High attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset, balanced with the pragmatism needed to enable rapid innovation with culture of continuous improvement. Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt to an evolving technological landscape.
