This role works closely with the CEO and board members to ensure governance best practices, regulatory adherence, and efficient board administration.This is an opportunity to contribute to a well-established non-profit organization in Singapore by maintaining legal integrity, organizing board meetings, and providing governance support.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute-taking.

Provide corporate governance guidance to board members and assist in implementing best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors by providing required governance documents and supporting compliance reviews.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure effective board communication and decision implementation.
Organize board training and development programs in collaboration with external partners.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial duties, or board administration, preferably in a non-profit or charity organization.
Strong knowledge of ACRA regulations, statutory compliance, and board governance frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple board-related tasks.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience interacting with board members and senior leadership.
