Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
- Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
- Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
- Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
- Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- GCE N/O levels/NITEC
- Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
- At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field
