As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements across real estate, energy, critical equipment, construction, utilities, and infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate closely with AWS Capacity Delivery teams (such as Procurement, Construction, Fiber, Energy, Supply Solutions) to understand our needs and identify problems that can be solved through partnerships with infrastructure vendors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of vendors/suppliers in Digital Infrastructure space (such as Energy Companies, Power utilities, Data Centre developers, OEMs etc) that offer products/services/solutions for Capacity Delivery team's needs
- Formulate and negotiate partnership agreements with qualified vendors/suppliers in pipeline, coordinating and aligning with both external stakeholders and internal teams (such as Energy, Supply Solutions, Procurement, Construction, legal, and finance) to ensure agreement closure
- Establish and cultivate executive-level connection between Amazon and partners' leadership by coordinating executive meetings and workshops
- Post partnership agreement execution, continue to manage relationships with multiple partners, sourcing and growing collaboration opportunities with partners to fulfill Amazon's digital infrastructure needs

- 2+ years of digital infrastructure, energy transition, or sustainability experience
- 10+ years of business development or technical sales experience
- Experience developing, negotiating, and closing complex strategic partnerships with enterprise companies
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience working with internal stakeholders and external regulators
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in renewable development, power purchasing, digital infrastructure, corporate development
- Strong track record of partnership development in digital infrastructure, energy, or sustainability sectors
- Experience working with utilities, construction companies, data center developers, global energy companies, and OEMs
- Experience working in related role in the IT/energy/ power & utilities industry
