- A relevant field of study in Accountancy, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant working and/or supervisory experience. Past relevant working experience within the Singapore Public Service with working knowledge of Government Instruction Manuals and experience in the use of Government central financial platforms (e.g. NFS@Gov) would be an advantage; • Committed, responsible and self-driven; • Good communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills; • Ability to manage multiple work priorities within tight timelines; • Ability to work independently and effectively as a team; • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
