- HR
- Assist in new staff on-boarding process, updating of staff records
- Biometric attendance
- Download attendance
- Upload/update HC
- Administer and updating E portal on leave, medical and insurance claims
- Annual, child care, medical and unpaid leave in EPE/E Portal
- Medical insurance - addition/deletion
- Medical claim
- Dental claim
- Weekly manhour reports
- Assist in the preparation of staff salary pay-out, including overtime (and OT reports) against biometric attendance record, all other allowances (perfect attendance reports) and no pay leave
- Administer and updating training application, claims and record
- training files
- training attendance & certificates filing
- Observe ISO and AS procedures.
- SDF/WDA claims - apply admin rights
- Assist in the co-ordination of recruitment and interview
- Administer and updating filing of personal files and document
- passport renewal
- WP renewal - agents
- 6-monthly check-up
- Levy updates and claims
- MOM isubmit - apply admin rights
- Assist in employee enquiries
- To government bodies - NS claims, child care leave rights
- Admin
- Reception of Incoming phone calls, visitors and deliveries.
- EIP criteria - handle EHS improvement
- EHS weekly report to Scott Foley
- Handle mail postages, stamps mail distributions and disbursement of invoices/statement of accounts verification
- Courier services
- Hotel bookings
- Pantry orders and purchase orders
- Catering order (ad-hoc)
- Assist in managing office Tea lady
- Certificate in HR Management with min 2 years' working experience in HR functions
- PC-literate with pleasant personality and with good communication skills
- Knowledge in Easypay payroll software is preferred
- Able to multi-task, keen interest in both HR & Admin, resourceful and a team player
