We are looking for sales manager who can speak Japanese because the most of our customers are Japanese restaurants and supermarkets and person in charge are Japanese speaker. Having good situational awareness and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Industry or any relationship with Japanese market
- Min 3 years of experience in managerial role
- Well communicate in Japanese or Japanese business culture
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and converting new account opportunities for the business.
- Responsible for solving problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Responsible for utilizing the sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts.
- Responsible for analysing performances of all relevant accounts and monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
- Responsible for managing and preparing sales support materials, including price lists, etc.
- Responsible for following up on collection of payment.
