- Find and qualify new leads, scheduling meetings via calls, LinkedIn, or emails for introductions or sales presentations.
- Offer professional services by selling, cross-selling, or up-selling our products/services.
- Build strong client relationships by keeping them informed about new products, offering solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales support.
- Stay informed about technical developments to discuss and create engineering solutions with clients.
- Customize materials and presentations to showcase product features and offer technical solutions.
- Manage accounts through all sales stages: Prospecting, Business Development, Deal Confirmation, and Post-Sales Support.
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and manage expectations.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitors to suggest product improvements or new offerings.
- Prepare costing, tenders, proposals, and quotes for clients.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep transaction records.
- Provide weekly updates on sales, pipelines, leads, and activities.
- Share sales and competitor information to support the team.
- Inform clients of any delays or issues and find alternatives to minimize inconvenience.
- Ensure responsive service with follow-ups, building strong relationships with clients to secure additional sales.
- Maintain quality service by upholding company standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering in relevant fields
- 3 years of experience in technical or engineering sales, ideally within refineries, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
- Proficient in gathering, analyzing, processing, and storing information.
- Skilled in selling, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Must possess personal vehicle or Class 3 driving license
