JOB SUMMARY:

The position is primarily responsible for the monitoring and data analysis of trade pricing, positions and all relevant information on the trading activities of the company. The position is also primarily responsible for the coordination and execution of operational functions to support the requirements of the primary clients of the company that are based in the Philippines, the company’s current biggest market.

The position is responsible for ensuring smooth customer relations, with the customers demands. The position is in-charge of timely and accurate generation of data analysis reports for management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pricing Strategy and Development

· Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of prices and other relevant information crucial to the trading activities of the company.

· Create, maintain, continuously improve the data analytics, including providing relevant and timely insights, including competitive benchmarking and market trends.

· Ensure implementation and constant application of information policies, standards & processes.

· Provide troubleshooting on information management software and customers’ information-related issues.

· Provide on-going application, documentation, training and support services to internal and external customers.

· Assess B2B and Retail Operations information management capability and provide appropriate solutions and actions.

Operations

· Develops and maintains operational policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

· Coordinates and oversees the preparation of reportorial data and other relevant documents, including regulatory filings.

· Monitors and analyzes company performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Monitor and provide sound financial analysis on FX transactions, cash flow, company investments, supplier payments, bank line utilizations and trade deals.

Compliance and Risk Management

· Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and recommending appropriate actions.

· Coordinates and oversees the preparation of operational documentation and other regulatory filings.

· Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and financial institutions.

· Implements internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets

Strategic Planning and Decision Support

· Partner with senior management to develop company strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives

· Provides analysis and decision support for strategic projects, investments and business opportunities

· Evaluates and recommends systems/tolls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Other tasks and functions as assigned and discussed with Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent

· People oriented and results driven with a strong capacity to multi task

· Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with various customer, suppliers, and other relevant trading partners, as well as management positions

· Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to help the organization towards its short, medium and long term goals

· Knowledge of available and developing trading systems and applications (automated or others)
