  • Reporting to our Regional Counsel, Asia Pacific to support the company's operations and sales activities in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
  • Drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating contracts such as sales contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, etc.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring that all contracts incorporate and adhere to our established legal standards.
  • Providing legal advice and training to the business on contracts. To assist in negotiating and preparing a broad range of contracts.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Role Requirements:
  • Law degree with at least 5 years of experience working as in-house counsel.
  • Familiar with laws of the APAC region.
  • Analyze, draft and negotiate contracts.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Oversee legal matters and provide strategic counsel, ensuring effective communication with regional management and customers.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
