- Reporting to our Regional Counsel, Asia Pacific to support the company's operations and sales activities in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
- Drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating contracts such as sales contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, etc.

- Law degree with at least 5 years of experience working as in-house counsel.
- Familiar with laws of the APAC region.
- Analyze, draft and negotiate contracts.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Oversee legal matters and provide strategic counsel, ensuring effective communication with regional management and customers.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
