
Interior Company Business Development Executive
Your Job Scope
* Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs within the commercial office/Retail design & renovation sector
* Proactively seek out and generate new business leads through networking, events, industry associations, cold calls, and referrals.
* Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the securing of the project, while ensuring the client's requirements are met and exceeded
* Prepare sales and marketing materials
* Work on project pricing, contracts, and fee negotiations that balance profitability with competitive positioning.
* Achieve and Deliver Sales Target
* Support in all aspects of Sales activities
* Manage and maintain clientele relationship
* Collate and evaluate client feedback and highlight client feedback from customers for management analysis and follow-up
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
* Presentable and well-dressed, reflecting our brand's image.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Regularly collect client feedback post-project to understand areas of improvement and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
Requirements
* Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design or a related field.
* Min 3 years of experience in Business development, preferably in the interior design of commercial office/retail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand design concepts & to liaise with individuals at all levels
* Committed, sales target driven and self-motivated
* Responsible and a team player.
* Creative mindset with a passion for interior design.
