- Proven experience of around 6 or more years in successfully building products for consumers in growing markets (experience in consumer-facing products is strongly preferred).
- Efficient in developing product strategies and roadmaps, deriving insights from data and understanding high-level technical architectures.
- Data-oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights and an appetite for business context and metrics
- Good at leading and influencing, and demonstrated product leadership in the past.
- Solid experience in leading agile teams and great at turning epics into well-structured user stories.
- Curious growth mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good in dealing with ambiguity and able to balance priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
