Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform the daily inventory forecast and ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
  • Order management from Order processing
  • Manage and monitor stock transfer from 3rd party warehouse vendors, withdrawal and request from other internal departments
  • Month end reconciliation and tracking to ensure inventory balances are accurate
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
  • Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of products
  • Implement and carry out periodic cycle count process to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making
  • Propose strategies and Implement improvements to enhance inventory management processes and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to inventory management and food safety
  • Foster strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to optimize outcomes
  • Train and supervise the team members by providing effective leadership and guidance to foster a cohesive and high-performing team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager (foodservice/ food manufacturing industry)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, inventory management software and systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
