Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the daily inventory forecast and ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
- Order management from Order processing
- Manage and monitor stock transfer from 3rd party warehouse vendors, withdrawal and request from other internal departments
- Month end reconciliation and tracking to ensure inventory balances are accurate
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of products
- Implement and carry out periodic cycle count process to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making
- Propose strategies and Implement improvements to enhance inventory management processes and minimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to inventory management and food safety
- Foster strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to optimize outcomes
- Train and supervise the team members by providing effective leadership and guidance to foster a cohesive and high-performing team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager (foodservice/ food manufacturing industry)
- Strong knowledge of SAP, inventory management software and systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
