- Plan and align polyclinic developments with the latest services and norms
- Collaborate with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather requirements
- Oversee procurement and implementation of consultancy, construction, and equipment packages
- Monitor budget utilization and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with project timelines
- Support operational readiness, including launch planning and relocation of existing clinics
