- Understand stakeholder's data requirements and use cases and develop analytics and AI approaches/models to meet requirements
- Leverage analytics/ AI tools to perform data analysis, interpret findings to identify actionable insights to meet teams'/divisions' objectives.

- This includes upskilling to keep up with latest more advanced DSAI technologies
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and simplify work processes and policies, bringing about greater value to IRAS and stakeholders
- Partner relevant stakeholders to operationalise process improvement
- Adopt a mind-set of growth with generation of new ideas, methods or solutions in area of work
- Participate in developing new prototypes and push past existing solutions to address problems, creating opportunities to achieve team/branch/division's objectives
- Proactively keep up with new knowledge and technologies and apply in work domain
- Perform testing to ensure the design and development of the system meet users' requirement prior to deployment
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies to achieve greater value in data work
- Create and propose solutions and strategies to tap on emerging technologies in course of work
- Academic background in data analytics/ data science, where ability to code (e.g. in Python) is necessary
- Experience in data analytics/ AI work preferred
