- Respond to general order inquiries from suppliers, customers, and traders including price, grade, and freight compilation for record keeping or new quotations
- Provide sales assistance and support information upon traders' request
- Communicate lead information to Sales Service Manager in the organization
- Troubleshoot problems encountered in the various stages from order receipt to final billing process, e.g. meeting production, transportation deadlines, solving logistic problems, assisting traders with quality claims, post-sales file research, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess a Degree / Diploma
- Possess at least 3 - 5 years' Customer Service & Shipping experience
- Prior experience in Letter Of Credit (LC) is mandatory
- Prior experience from Trading / Transportation industry is advantageous
- Strong communications & interpersonal skills

- Salary: Up to $3800/mth + AWS + VB
