As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you will work closely with experts in mechanical engineering, sensors, and
advanced controls to develop and integrate various hardware modules (including mechatronics, sensors,
electronics, and more) tailored to industrial application requirements for next-generation motion control
systems.Job DescriptionKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and translating customer requirements into measurable specifications for subsystems or
- Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to integrate, build, and evaluate complex
- Conducting feasibility studies, analyses, simulations, and hands-on experiments.
- Documenting technical reports, program codes, detailed designs, and drawings for purposes such as
- Designing solutions customized for high-precision positioning in semiconductor and/or photonics
- Partnering with global R&D teams across various locations to leverage international expertise.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electronics engineering, or a related
- Preferably 5 or more years of professional or R&D experience in a relevant engineering field.
- Proficiency in precision positioning systems and motion control, including technologies such as
- Strong technical skills in PLC controller design and programming, motion hardware conceptualization and
- Programming expertise in PLC controllers, C/C++, MATLAB, and Python is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
