  • Design and execute innovative hiring strategies to bring in high-caliber candidates.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process-from creating job postings to interviews, onboarding, and beyond.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and ensure our hiring strategies align with company goals.
  • Build and maintain a diverse and highly qualified talent pool for current and future needs.
Shape Our Employer Brand & Enhance Candidate Experience:
  • Elevate our employer brand through creative social media campaigns, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Curate a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience for every candidate, from first touchpoint to hire.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR to launch exciting recruitment campaigns that capture the essence of our workplace culture.
Build Relationships & Manage Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with our evolving business objectives.
  • Provide regular insights and updates on hiring progress, recruitment trends, and key metrics that drive results.
Champion Process Improvement & Ensure Compliance:
  • Continually refine and optimize recruitment policies and processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Stay on top of employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are compliant and ethical.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion at every step of the hiring process, ensuring we build a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years in talent acquisition, internal hiring, or HR recruitment.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with leadership and hiring managers.
