- Carry out the duties of a WSHO & ECO as outlined in legislation and regulations.
- Ensure all statutory acts, regulations, company safety rules, and codes of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff.

- Liaise with authorities on occupational safety, health, and environmental matters.
- Advise Project Director/Manager on WSH issues and improvements.
- Maintain accurate site environmental, health, and safety records and reports while ensuring timely submission.
- Review internal and external risk assessments and risk management processes.
- Investigate workplace incidents, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and following up on implementation.
- Ensure all Permit-to-Work (PTW) supporting documents are valid and in place.
- Prepare and submit the Site Environmental Control Program before work commences.
- Organize and coordinate tabletop exercises, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan drills, and ensure the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
- Prepare and present detailed data analytics reports on WSH performance, conditions, and practices.
- Perform any other ad hoc HSE-related duties as assigned by management.
