Order Fulfillment Specialist / Process Specialist

Job Description

• responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes

within an organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness, identifying

areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and implementing changes

to streamline operations, often collaborating with various departments

to achieve organizational goals.

• Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately, in a

timely manner from order entry to delivery commitment to

customers.

• Accounts & backlogs management, proactively communicate

changes/delays and make known to internal partners for

alternative option whenever possible to mitigate escalation due to

shipping delays

• Liaise with 3rd party logistic to ensure timely delivery or pickup and

respond to customers request for shipping information when

needed.

• Communicating with suppliers to resolve various discrepancies. Eg.

PO related issues, shipping document discrepancies & damaged

cargo etc.

• Process shipping document and liaise with suppliers & forwarders

on all inbound cargo clearance

• Point of escalation for internal team to resolve issues related to

orders and expediting shipments

Requirement

· Minimum 5 years of experience in business center and/or order

fulfillment type of jobs.

· Proven experience in similar roles.

· Experience with business process optimization

· Good problem solving and judgment. Can quickly identify root causes,

potential solutions and decide on appropriate actions.

· Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a dynamic or high-pressure

environment.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Demonstrates good cross-functional team work skills and can drive the

team for resolution of issues.

· Both customer and process oriented. Capable of satisfying customer

needs while following processes and complete transactions in a financially

and legally compliant manner. Drives for process improvements to meet

changing customer requirements.

· Possess solid understanding of supply chain and quote-to-cash

processes, including logistic and trade compliance terminology.

Ability to use ERP system (Oracle). Additionally, other IT tools for

information exchange with Sales and the manufacturing partner will be

used.

· Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table), and

other process tools (data base, process flow maps, etc.)

Experiences in Power BI and Robotic Process Automation is a added advantage

· Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
