- Address issues or queries raised by contingent workers, agencies and hiring managers
- Engage with stakeholders on the hiring process and address their queries.
- Make necessary adjustments to processes as needed.
- Organizes and participates in job intake calls with sourcers to discuss the requirements and expectations for various roles.
- Helps align the sourcers with the specific needs of the hiring managers.
- Pleasant personality with a good command of English
- Strong in coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, resilient and highly-adaptable, you should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable and able to communicate professionally and effectively to line managers, staff, vendors and candidates of all levels.
- Fast learner and proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
