We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Manager (Operations) to join our Baby Bonus team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery for parents seeking information about Singapore's Baby Bonus Scheme.What you will be working on:
  • Manage the frontline call centre agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service • Handle and respond to complex queries related to the Baby Bonus Scheme • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements for both email and call responses to parents • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery • Continuously improve information accessibility, to enable call centre agents to quickly address parents' questions • Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall team performance • Manage and process tasks in line with guidelines and service standards
