Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives to ensure sustained success
  • Analyze and optimize operations processes and workflows using CI tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Gemba. Implement strategies to enhance operations efficiency, reduce cost and improve on quality.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving operations/ labour efficiency, cost reduction and quality. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, in scope with intended outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards on KPIs for Ops Excellence. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management, with insights to influence key Ops Excellence decisions
  • Coach employees on Lean and CI to enhance daily operations and CI projects/ activities.
  • Maintain strong relations with cross-functional teams and all organization levels to ensure alignment on operations improvements and strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering / Business
  • Certified Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Logistics environment
  • Open for Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager level
