Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee NXP’s APAC real estate portfolio, including 25+ sites and four industrial campuses.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize space utilization, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
  • Manage lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset repurposing for maximum financial efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction to internal teams, brokers, and third-party contractors.
  • Act as a key advisor to business unit leaders, ensuring real estate decisions align with long-term operational goals.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide strategy for real estate technology integration, smart building solutions, and workplace efficiency.
  • Establish financial models and analytics-driven decision frameworks for capital investments.
  • Lead budgeting, cost control, and forecasting efforts to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to meet ESG goals and regulatory compliance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or industry certifications preferred).
  • Real Estate License preferred.
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, including property management, leasing, portfolio optimization, and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of global real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Experience in high-tech or industrial real estate is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, comparative analysis, and performance benchmarking.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex lease agreements.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in real estate analytics, sustainability practices, and smart building technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with real estate management software a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • 24/7 on-call availability to support business-critical real estate operations.
