  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Company

Sing Investments & Finance Limited (SingFinance) has 60 years of lending experience in the financing arena in Singapore. Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. The relationships that have been built over the years have earned us the reputation as one of Singapore’s trusted finance companies. Responsibilities:

  • As first point of IT helpdesk contact, perform general IT technical support activities including device (PC, laptop, printer, etc.) configuration/troubleshooting and application support.
  • Respond to IT related requests from all departments, maintain inventory documents, perform asset tagging and preventative maintenance and updates.
  • As application Administrator, perform system and application access management
  • Perform End-of-Day batch operations and monitoring incl. applications back-up, report generation, printing, alarms/logs, etc.
  • Perform patch management, application code deployments and database administration activities through change management
  • Contribute to solution evaluation, perform POCs and develop/run/fix automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual errors
  • Closely work with other team member to contribute to other IT activities like resource and storage planning, vendor management, Disaster Recovery exercise, documentation, compliance and auditing exercise, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in IT Infra Support, Device Management, Database and Application Admin
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and in a developer role with expertise in SQL would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Finacle, Internet Banking and Corporate applications would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Change Management.
