Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute tailored marketing strategies for each project, aligning with company goals and market trends.
    Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging opportunities.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for multiple projects.
    Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, materials, and events within project timelines and budgets.
  3. Content Creation and Branding: Develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, press releases, and digital content.
    Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
    Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, and industry stakeholders.
  5. Digital Marketing and Analytics: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, to promote project visibility.
    Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Event Coordination: Plan and execute project-related events, such as product launches, industry conferences, and client workshops.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on project-based roles.
  • Proven ability to build and execute brand strategies from the ground up.
  • Experience in both B2B marketing and B2C event/digital marketing (offline and online).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Soft skill

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Hands-on experience as a designer and event organizer is a must.
  • Resourceful and well-connected within the high-end brand business ecosystem.
  • Background or interest in the fitness and wellness industry is an added advantage.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
