Designer Manager (Retail Design & Architecture)
What we are looking for:
· Assisting in design development and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
· Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Design development monitoring and project progress tracking, identifying and resolving issues or challenges. Conduct site visits as and when necessary to ensure design order.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
· Assist in contracts, scope of work, and project proposals.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality controls
Expectations:
· Degree or Diploma equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
· 5 years' experience in related role in retail interiors, exhibitions and events managements
· Proficient in using design related software such as Sketchup, vectorworks, CAD and adaptabiity to new softwares will be advantages
· Candidate with project managment and collaboration software capabilities such as MS Projects, Figma, Huddles or similar would be preferred.
· Presentation skills to effectively communicate your designs and ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
· Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills advantages.
