Position Overview:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion or interested in pursuing a career in the domains of project management, agile, knowledge management and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to prepare program-level presentations, decks, and reports.
  • Support administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, and procurement processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end PMO functions, including resource planning, project deliverable management, and project status reporting.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and identifying risks or issues.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for project improvement.
  • Provide support in ensuring that all project activities align with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory) in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Open to candidates with ‘continuous lifelong learning’ or ‘growth mindset’ traits with relevant academic certificates attained in the past 3 years.
  • Priority is given to candidates who can demonstrate ‘exceptional’ dogmatic qualities towards adaptability or strong work ethics in previous employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or related roles (internships included). Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply for consideration of other roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of project management tools or software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Notion or similar) is an advantage.
