Regional IT Business Solutions Manager

Purpose of the Role:
Zuellig Pharma Patient Care provides innovative healthcare delivery solutions that encourage healthier lifestyles, drive adherence and help payors and patients manage healthcare costs. Our existing and prospective clients are within the Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Corporate segments. Zuellig Pharma’s Patient Care team is looking for an individual who is experienced in the areas of IT business solutions development and management.
This candidate will be joining Zuellig Pharma’s Regional Patient Care team. Reporting to the Southeast Asia Lead, Patient Care, this role will be responsible for all aspects of the Patient Care IT business solutioning needs.
Expectations of the Role:
IT Infrastructure and Digital Solutions for Patient Care:
- Responsible for functionality and efficacy of the existing IT infrastructure and solutions used by Patient Care in patient program management which include but not limited to CRM and telephony systems, mobile apps and web portals
- Proactively source for or develop and implement new innovative solutions to value-add and improve the efficiency of existing IT infrastructure and solutions used by Patient Care in patient program management which may include but not limited to integration of video or chat solutions, implementation of a dynamic program reporting tool, data analytics etc.
- Manage and own the relationship between Patient Care and the third-party service support providers like CRM, telephony and other IT vendors
- Work closely with the Patient Care commercial and operations leads to understand clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions to achieve business goals. This include supporting business proposals and pitch to clients, working with internal IT team or IT vendor in ensuring suitable solutions are proposed and successful implementation and maintenance of the solutions
- Work with business analyst to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated to appropriate solutions that meet our client and patient program needs
- Support and assist with the project management of Patient Care Management Hub roadmaps
- Provide monthly management business reports on the activities and business solutions implementation across the region
- Working with local markets and regional teams to plan and implement patient programs across the region.
- Work closely with Zuellig Pharma’s Regional E-commerce and Data Services (EDS) in developing the PatientCare+ system and applications for patient program management
Quality and Compliance:
- Take overall responsibility for ensuring standards of service delivery are attained
- Maintain system SOPs and ensure they are compliant with internal and external auditors
- Support any computer system validation, IT, compliance, data privacy due diligence processes and audits
Data Privacy:
- Support Data Privacy requirements and escalation from an IT perspective
- Work closely with Patient Care operations and Regional IT on all IT security matters to ensure a robust data privacy framework for Patient Care.
Business Solutions Team Management:
- Manage a team of 2 subordinates – a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer (who works on IT support tickets/escalation helpdesk and change requests for Dynamic CRM) and a Business Analyst (who is the link between ops and IT in the development of patient program technical solutions, change requests and migrations)
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role in the capacity of IT Project Management, Business Solutions, Business Analyst, CRM IT Management.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in IT project management, deploying new systems, tools, engaged in data migration would be required.
Advantage to Have:
- Experience in business solutioning for healthcare, pharmaceutical or digital health.
- Familiar with patient programs and latest digital health solutions.
- Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu: verbal and or written is an advantage.
