The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Singapore’s employment regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering accurate payroll operations.

Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions, taxes, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, IRAS, and CPF regulations (IR8A, IR21, SDL, FWL, etc.).
- Administer employee insurance (medical, dental, life, WICA) and claims.
- Maintain accurate HR records and payroll documentation.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and improve payroll processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-5 years of payroll and HR experience in Singapore.
- Proficient in HR/payroll software (e.g., QuickHR, SAP, Workday).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and IRAS tax filings.
