Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions, taxes, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, IRAS, and CPF regulations (IR8A, IR21, SDL, FWL, etc.).
  • Administer employee insurance (medical, dental, life, WICA) and claims.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and payroll documentation.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and improve payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of payroll and HR experience in Singapore.
  • Proficient in HR/payroll software (e.g., QuickHR, SAP, Workday).
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and IRAS tax filings.
